Your Consultation Selection Guide
- Express - 30 Minutes. This is the consultation you want if you have "just a few questions" and only need a few direct answers, our most economical consultation. The fee is $175.00.
- Express Plus - 45 Minutes. You have more than "just a few questions" but do not need a full hour to get the answers. You want this consultation when you want to focus only on the answers you need. The fee is $200.00.
- Standard - 60 Minutes. Every law firm has one and it is called the standard for that reason. You have questions and need the time to express the difficulty of the issues in your case without watching the clock. The standard provides you with time to receive substantive answers and then ask thoughtful follow up questions. The fee is $260.00.
- Amplified- 90 Minutes. Your case is, in a word, complex. It has twists and turns that require time to explain and appreicate the factual nuances and the legal consequences. Our amplified consultation is exactly what you want. It gives you the time that you need to explain your circumstances and time to receive not only substantive but detailed answers that appreicate the nuances of the fact. This is our most conversational consultation and provides those that select it the time to drill down by asking meaningful multiple follow up questions. The fee is $390.00.
- "Appeals Only" - 60 Minutes. Consultation includes a detailed review of the order or judgment you wish to appeal or defend on appeal. A discussion on the depth of the legal research, including the novelty of the issues involved with a general conversation about the overall legal problem. We will assist you in identifying, in a big picture sense, the level of the appeal work involved to achieve the best possible outcome for you. At the attorneys option, you may also be asked to send us more documents to help us conduct the more informed Appeal Only Consultation. The fee is $300.00.
Alert ! If you read all of the descriptions, you need a consultation. Your situation has gone beyond your ability to control it with a converstation with the other side and time apart is no longer making it better. Most people act 2 to 3 months after they are beyond the breaking point to take action. Look at where you are today, and look back 2 to 3 months ago. Can you admit that it has only gotten worse?

However, I, the cardholder and/or the consultee waive the right to contest payment for the consultation with my credit card/debit card company. I acknowledge that once the information is provided, whether or not is received positively or negatively by the consultee, that the service is complete because a consultation cannot be returned once the information has been received.
